Eminem, When WIll Relapse 2 Be Out

Eminem said on his Shade 45 radio station that Relapse 2 will be out soon, probably around the 4th quarter, but artist are notorious for pushing back there albums and changing there minds. So, when can we really expect Relapse 2 to be out? Probably sometime in early 2010, or the middle of 2010, is my guess. For Relapse 2 to be out in the forth quarter of the year is just wishful thinking for both Eminem and his fans. Eminem says the album is basically done and it depends on how many songs he wants to put on it, but artist are often fickle and change their minds continously. So we will see when Replase 2 will be released. As of now there is no release date for Relapse 2 and we will probably not even begin to sniff a release date until the end of the year, maybe even early 2010.

Jay-Z's Blue Print 3 to Come Out September 2009

Jay-Z's comeback album, The Blue Print 3 will come out in September 2009. The Blue Print 3 following several other hip hop sequels such as Only Built For Cuban Linx 2, and Black Out 2 as well as Relapse 2 from Eminem. 2009 may be remembered as the year of the great Hip Hop sequels. Jay-Z's Blue Print 3 will surely be another classic just like the previous two Blue Prints particularly Blue Print 2 which I enjoyed very much. Jay-Z has been retiring and coming back for years and could be described as Hip-Hop's Michael Jordan. He retired, and came back with Kingdom Come, and then retired again before putting out American Gangster. Now he is back with The Blue Print 3 later in 2009. He is surely one of the greatest rappers ever, and recently rapped with Eminem on stage together.

Black Out 2 Gets 2 Thumbs Up

Redman and Method Man's Black Out 2 gets two thumbs up from me. The album, very much a continuation of Black Out 1, released on May,19,2009. Is definitely the best work either, Redman or Method Man has put out in the last 5 years, perhaps maybe even more. I for one, did not like Method Man's solo album "The Day After Tommorow". Blackout 2, is a great album though and signals the return of two of Hip Hops greatest icons. It debuted at number 7 on the Billboard 200 charts. A great album, so run out and get it, it for sure will be one of the best hip hop albums of 2009!

Eminem's Relapse is Dope

Eminem's new album Relapse is dope, its hot, its the new Marshall Mathers LP. It's what we have all been waiting for, for the past 4 1/2 years. Eminem dropped a seriously ill album in Relapse. So ill, that it will probably land him in jail. Seriously this is Eminem's darkest album ever. In 2009 Eminem came back hard with Relapse, and with Relapse two ready to drop later in 2009, fans have to be excited. Every song on Eminem's Relapse is good. And for sure this will be the top album of 2009, it's already sold more records then anybody else in 2009. So, if you don't got Eminem's Relapse album go out and get it, and get Relapse two when it drops later this year because Relapse is seriously dope! Eminem, your the greatest MC ever! We've all been waiting for this for so long! Thank you Eminem! Relapse is everything I expected it to be and more!

Can we get back to the 90's and 80's Hip Hop?

Seriously Hip Hop over the last few years has decreased in quality so much, that it's been hard to listen to the radio the past five or so years. Does anyone out there feel me? I mean even when somebody does put out a good album these days, it becomes so commercialized and "I got money" that the original message the rapper is tarnished. Even the beats sound like garbage these days. I honestly give new rap a listen to see if it's any good, with an open mind, because I love hip hop but this is getting ridiculous.

Like in my previous post hopefully 2009 will be a great year for hip hop, but could it be the LAST year for hip hop? Is hip hop dead? I mean this debate has been going on for a while no, I say no. But at this rate, it's definitely on it's way to dying. The whole "Hip hop is dead" talk started in the early 2000's which were a bad time for hip hop, but there were gems that came out and the scene got revived. Now it's looking even grimmer, what do you all think? What do you all listen to these days?
